    Magnetic support is built into the lower two-thirds of the case, keeping it lightweight and designed to support how people naturally hold their Kindle, while remaining compatible with MagSafe and wireless charging.

  • Does the Bondi case work with any magnetic accessory?

    Yes, it works with most magnetic accessories. Just note that not all third-party magnets are the same strength, so some may not hold as securely as others.

  • Our 90-Day Promise

    We stand behind our cases and grips. If your case or grip shows any defects or issues within 90 days of delivery, we'll replace -- at no cost to you. We're here to make sure your reading experience is perfect.

  • How strong are your grips?

    Our grips are designed to assist your hand in holding the case comfortably. They're lightweight that keep your hold steady while still letting you easily move it around.

  • Where do you ship from & how long does delivery take?

    Where we ship from
    We ship all orders from our fulfillment center in Kentland, IN. Orders ship Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

    Processing time
    Most U.S. orders placed by 12PM ET ship the within 1-3 business days. Orders placed after the cut-off time will take an additional business day.

    Estimated delivery

    • Standard Shipping (UPS Ground): 5-7 business days after processing

    You’ll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

  • Do you offer international shipping?

    Yes, we offer international shipping to Canada, Australia, Mexico and most European countries. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination.

    Returns
    International returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please email info@bondicases.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will confirm eligibility and next steps, including any shipping costs or documentation required.

  • How can I track my order?

    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number on our website or the courier’s website to monitor the status and location of your delivery.

  • What is your return policy for cases?

    We offer a 14-day return policy on all our cases. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the case is in their original condition and packaging.
