Shipping policy
We ship all orders from our fulfillment center in Kentland, IN. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase. During this time, we package and process your order for shipment.
Domestic Shipping (United States):
- Once your order ships, standard delivery typically takes 2–7 business days within the United States.
- Delivery times may vary based on your location, carrier delays, weather, and peak shipping periods. Orders placed later in the day may ship the following business day.
International Shipping:
We offer international shipping to Canada, Australia, Mexico and most European countries. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination.

- International delivery typically takes 7-14 business days after processing, but customs can add extra time.
- International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges are not included at checkout and are payable upon delivery.
