Bondi Warranty

We stand behind every Bondi case and grip. If your case or grip has a manufacturing defect or issue within 120 days of delivery, we will replace it.

What's Covered

  • Magnet failure or significant weakening
  • Fabric peeling or separation due to manufacturing
  • Structural issues with the case
  • Defects in materials or craftsmanship

What's Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear from everyday use
  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, scuffs, stains)
  • Damage from drops, misuse, or accidents
  • Modifications to the case

How to Start a Warranty Claim

  • Email info@bondicases.com with your Order # and a photo of the issue. A photo is required to start any replacement request.
  • If your case or grip qualifies for a replacement, we will send the same design and model whenever possible. If that item is no longer available, we will make an exception.
  • This is a product replacement only. Refunds are not issued under the warranty.
