Returns
We accept returns for any regular-priced cases in like-new condition within 14 days of delivery date.
If your case has a defect or arrives with an issue, please review our “Damages and Issues” policy below for details on how we handle replacements and claims.
Return Requirements:
- Items must be in like-new condition to qualify for return. Bondi reserves the right to evaluate and approve/decline all return requests.
- Grips are final sale and not eligible for a refund.
No Returns or Exchanges:
- Final Sale or Last Call items
- Digital gift cards
- Grips
Return Details:
- Please email info@bondicases.com with your Order # and reason to initiate a return.
- Refunds are issued once your return is received and processed at our fulfillment center.
- Refund methods cannot be changed once processed.
- Original shipping charges and Package Protection are non-refundable.
Please note: customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3 business days. Please keep in mind it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you still haven’t received it, please contact us.
Damages and Issues
We stand behind every Bondi case and grip. If your case or grip has a manufacturing defect or issue within 90 days of delivery, we’ll replace it.
*If your product arrives damaged or is affected during shipping, please contact us within 3 days of the delivery date so we can review the issue. Reports made after this period may be considered normal use or wear after delivery.
What’s Covered:
- Magnet failure or significant weakening
- Fabric peeling or separation due to manufacturing
- Structural issues with the case
- Defects in materials or craftsmanship
What’s Not Covered:
- Normal wear and tear from everyday use
- Cosmetic damage (scratches, scuffs, stains)
- Damage from drops, misuse, or accidents
- Modifications to the case
Additional Warranty Details:
- A photo of the issue is required to start any replacement request to info@bondicases.com.
- If your case or grip qualifies for a replacement, we will send the same design and model whenever possible. If that item is no longer available, we will make an exception.
- This is a product replacement only. Refunds are not issued.
